my skin was formulated by Naturopaths and Nutritionists using skin specific herbs and nutrients to soothe skin inflammation. It is a powerful antioxidant and helps in the reduction of pimples. We use capsules not tablets to increase bioavailability (absorbability), and list all the excipients on the label – so you know exactly what is going into your body.
At first, I wasn't a fan of the taste, but I found that if I hold it under my tongue for 1-2 minutes, it was much easier to tolerate.
Within a week I could breathe easier, and my sleep improved too. It's been a real help.
