How to dry brush?
1. Begin at your feet. Brush up your legs in circular motions or quick strokes, always moving towards your heart.
2. For your back, shoulders and neck, brush upward from the neck and downward on the back.
3. For your arms, start at the hands and move upward with firm strokes.
4. On your abdomen, use larger, counter-clockwise strokes.
