| Directions for use:  Adults take 3 capsules once per day.  | |
| Warnings: Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. If you have pre-existing thyroid conditions, seek advice from your medical practitioner before taking this medicine. If you are concerned about the health of yourself or your baby, talk to your health practitioner. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible (Contains vitamin B6). Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.  | |
