Silica from Bamboo, Lysine, Cysteine, Vitamin B5 and Biotin work together to strengthen brittle nails and reduce splitting. my hair has added antioxidant benefits from Selenium to further improve skin condition.
- Bamboo: A potent source of Silica, which is an integral component of strong connective tissues in the body.
- Cysteine: Encourages production of keratin, increasing hair strength and rigidity, as well as increasing hair density and growth rate. Also helps to strengthen skin and nails.
- Lysine: Plays a key role in the absorption of minerals such as Zinc, and helps maximise hair shape and volume (present in the inner part of the hair root).
- Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C): Provides antioxidant support and promotes collagen production in the body, helping hair to stay strong and shiny.
- Zinc: Helps to control hair loss (male and female) and prevent shedding,
thin and brittle hair. - B Vitamins (B3, B5, B6): Supports hair density, thickness, and texture, as well as hair shine. These vitamins also support healthy skin and strong nails.

I've always struggled with thin hair and as it's bleached, it never grows.. always snaps off at the ends.. but l've noticed a definate change since starting.
