I haven't been taking it every day, but in the last 3 months that I've used it, I've noticed a huge difference in the strength of my nails and hair. The taste of the collagen is very subtle and easy to mix into my coffee which I love. I need to be more consistent with it but overall I really like it!

It is always hard to find a suitable product when under urgency. 

I have taken all 5 caps at a single time (per day) when I got the cold and flu. 

After taking 3 days straight, my cold and flu pretty much gone, and this is the quickest recovery in my lifetime.

My 13 year old daughter had pustular acne all over her face, coming up in white heads and the topical solutions we had tried weren't working for her, so we tried my skin, plus a probiotic and omega-3 supplement. We're very happy with the results! Her acne has significantly reduced with no pustules and no whiteheads. The older pimples are healing but there have been no new pimples since her skin started to improve. A big relief for both of us.
