Vitamin B5

Vitamin B5 may support skin healing and clarity. Research has shown that supplementation with vitamin B5 can help reduce the number of facial blemishes. In one study, researchers noted a greater than 67% reduction in the number of total facial lesions after just 12 weeks of supplementation.
Zinc Citrate

An anti-inflammatory, zinc is very effective in calming inflamed skin and supporting wound healing. Zinc can help with lowering sebum production to support clear skin.
Quercetin

From Phyto-Phospholipid Complex This powerful ingredient helps restore skin barrier function and increases hydration while helping to reduce any signs of redness or inflammation of damaged skin. Quercetin in the Phyto-Phospholipid Complex form is key to ensuring proper absorption in the body.
Vitamin B6

From Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P5P) Vitamin B6 can reduce inflammation and assist cell regeneration to support a healthy and glowing complexion. P5P is known as the ‘active’ form of vitamin B6, for optimal absorption in the body.
Curcumin

From Phyto-Phospholipid Complex Curcumin is a potent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antifungal agent. As such it may help with a wide range of skin conditions. Curcumin in the Phyto-Phospholipid Complex form is key to ensuring proper absorption in the body.
Vitamin A

From Natural Betacarotene Vitamin A is an antioxidant-rich, free-radical fighting vitamin that is essential for achieving a flawless complexion. Vitamin A helps to speed up the healing process of skin, and also aids in natural moisture production, keeping skin hydrated and radiant.
Nicotinamide (B3)

Nicotinamide has potent anti-inflammatory properties and can help regulate excess oil sebum production, repair damaged skin cells, and help to develop new cells – while fighting against free-radical damage. Nicotinamide also works to reduce the size of pores, therefore reducing the risk of clogged pores.
Biotin (B7)

Biotin is a skin-loving ingredient that helps support overall skin health. Biotin works to maintain mucous membranes of the skin, which is essential for maintaining glowing skin.
Vitamin C

Also known as Ascorbic Acid in its purest form, vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that assists in fighting free radical damage to skin cells and reduces inflammation. It is important to consume enough Vitamin C daily, via nutrition or supplementation, as our bodies don’t naturally synthesise it.
Folinic Acid (B9)

Folinic Acid offers many benefits for skin, including helping to facilitate the development of new skin cells, assisting with skin clarity, signs of ageing, and other free-radical damage. Unlike folic acid (a synthetic form of folate), folinic acid is found naturally in foods, and therefore better absorbed by the body.

We do not add unnecessary ingredients that may compromise the formula or your health such as artificial flavours, artificial colours, dairy, gluten, sugar, or soy. We promise to never add any ingredient that is not absolutely necessary, making Therapure products as pure as possible. This includes only using capsules and powders (no tablets that require tableting aids) to achieve the purest possible formulations.
